May 30, 2011 - Mauro Ferrari, Ph.D. received an Honorary Professorship from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in Beijing. Dr. Ferrari, President and CEO, Ernest Cockrell Jr. Distinguished Endowed Chair of The Methodist Hospital Research Institute (TMHRI) was presented with a certificate in honor of his nomination as "Visiting Professor for Senior International Scientists of Chinese Academy of Sciences" during an official ceremony held in the Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) at CAS. The certificate was presented by Dr. Hesheng Chen, Professor & Director of IHEP.
